Spent Xmas in a hotel in Bulgaria and have to say the location was spot on! Just a few steps away from the ski lift which was amazing. The spa center was also excellent - sauna, jacuzzi and a small pool. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was so warm, comfy and really spacious - we had plenty of room to relax after a long day of skiing.

The only thing that bothered me was that the kitchen was not very well equipped, it didn't have pots for cooking and there was no garbage bin. The bathroom was small and the door was broken. However, the staff quickly provided us with a hairdryer when requested. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel was a great option and I would definitely return.
